Become a GPR Volunteer
Our volunteers truly are the lifeblood of our organization. As a local not-for-profit we rely on volunteers to keep us in business. Our volunteers do a little of everything from cleaning cat and dog cages, doing laundry and dishes, to providing customer service, and animal care. If you are a self-motivated team player with a love for animals, Gainesville Pet Rescue is the place for you!
Once you fill out the application, we will contact you to arrange an orientation.
There is a $20 registration fee due at the time of orientation. This pays for your GPR T-Shirt, name-tag, and helps pay for GPR program expenses. If you are unable to pay this fee please contact GPR's Volunteer Coordinator at gprvolunteer@gmail.com.
You must be 18 or older to volunteer.

Become a Board Member
Although the primary requisite for membership is a commitment to saving more lives, you may also have a specific skill or talent you could bring. Experience in fund-raising, legal expertise, graphic arts, computer skills, public speaking and building community awareness are a few of the talents we are hoping to add to the Board.
